FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION!

I am happy to offer you a free, one-hour introductory session in order to discuss what we can do to help you get unstuck, move forward, and start Living Your Balanced Life. This can be done via phone, e-mail, chat, Skype or other media that allows us to best connect. In addition, I offer face-to-face sessions within a 1-hour drive of my location in South Western New Hampshire.

Rates

If you choose to continue a relationship with Living Your Balanced Life, you may choose from a variety of packages based on what best suits your needs and helps you meet your goals.

Hourly Rate

My hourly rate is $100/hour whether you choose in-person, Skype or other social media or phone conference. Sessions are scheduled on an as-needed basis and paid for at the time of service.

Package Plans
